Ka’u Classic Medium Roast is the quintessential coffee from the south side of the Big Island. In August 2014, this coffee scored 93 points in Coffee Review. Our Ka’u Classic Medium Roast features Typica, the most common coffee variety in Hawaii. Grown in the rich soil and cool climate of the Mauna Loa volcano’s southern slope, these beans are made with a washed process, then sun-dried.
